As part of our Management Team, you will be a mentor and leader, developing your team through succession planning initiatives, supporting our CORE Values: Care, Ownership, Respect, and Excellence. Your responsibilities will include weekly rotational duties as part of our Manager on Duty rotation.No Previous Retail or Management Experience?We offer a comprehensive training program to the successful applicant. While previous retail management experience is beneficial, we are primarily seeking candidates eager to learn and build a career in retail.What you'll do:Oversee daily operations of the Replenishment departmentMeet or exceed sales and profitability goalsTrain and develop team members in customer service, product knowledge, and merchandisingEnsure proper stocking, display, and pricing of merchandiseMonitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishmentMaintain a safe and clean environment for customers and staffManage departmental expenses and assist with budgetingCommunicate with store management to meet store-wide objectivesRecruit talented individuals to join our teamLead, coach, and motivate colleagues to improve engagement and retentionMaintain high standards in merchandising and operationsBuild and lead diverse, inclusive teams fostering a sense of belongingWhat you bring:High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferredRetail management experience, preferably in departmental or specialty storesStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsFlexible schedule availability, including nights and weekendsBasic computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory managementAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periodsWe are committed to sustainability and social impact, guided by our pillars of Environment, Sourcing, and Community.
