Job Title: Technical Support Specialist Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Desktop/Laptops, MAC, Windows operating systems and O365/M365 applications. The successful candidate will also be familiar with collaboration tools, meeting room equipment, and meeting room checks. Additionally, they should have exposure to Windows 10 and 11 migration, user profiles management, and data backups. In this role, you will provide 1st line technical support by answering support queries via phone and email. You will also maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues. You will work closely with the IT Support team to resolve technical issues and ensure that incidents, tasks, and problems on ticketing system (SNOW) are logged and addressed within defined SLAs. A key aspect of this role is responding to inquiries from clients and helping them resolve any hardware or software problems. You will also escalate more complex calls to the relevant IT Support member and notify relevant staff to arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in-house. The ideal candidate will have good experience in deskside support, possess a valid driver''s license, and meet the following requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field Exhibit professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
