The Role: ''> As a highly skilled training specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational landscape of a protected area in Honduras. You will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the capacity of local organizations to manage protected areas sustainably. ''> Key Responsibilities: ''> ''> Training Methodology Design: Develop and implement innovative training methodologies that cater to the diverse needs of local stakeholders. ''> Support Organizational Leadership/Community Engagement: Collaborate with organizational leaders to build their capacity in community engagement, participatory approaches, and socio-environmental management. ''> Monitor and Report on Progress: Track and report on the impact of your training programs, providing valuable insights for future improvements. ''> ''> Requirements: ''> ''> Education: A university degree in Education, Natural Resources, or Environmental Studies is essential. ''> Background: Proven experience in education, training, research, teaching, facilitation, and planning processes. ''> Skills: Strong knowledge of participatory approaches, tools, and strategies for sustainable development. ''> Experience: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams. ''> ''> Benefits: ''> ''> A modest monthly living allowance.
