You will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the capacity of local organizations to manage protected areas sustainably. ''> Support Organizational Leadership/Community Engagement: Collaborate with organizational leaders to build their capacity in community engagement, participatory approaches, and socio-environmental management. ''> Monitor and Report on Progress: Track and report on the impact of your training programs, providing valuable insights for future improvements. ''> ''> Requirements: ''> ''> Education: A university degree in Education, Natural Resources, or Environmental Studies is essential. ''> Background: Proven experience in education, training, research, teaching, facilitation, and planning processes. ''> Skills: Strong knowledge of participatory approaches, tools, and strategies for sustainable development.
