About the Placement This placement is located in Honduras, where you will have the chance to immerse yourself in a unique cultural experience while making a meaningful contribution to the local community. You will work closely with local partners to develop and implement environmental initiatives that promote sustainability and community engagement. Your Role As a volunteer, your key responsibilities will include: Conducting a diagnostic evaluation of the current situation of AHER to create an action plan for strengthening the organization, focusing on environmental design and implementation of local environmental initiatives. Supporting the political dialogue on environmental policies promoted by AHER. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: A university degree in international development, environmental sciences, or social justice. A master''s degree in environmental sciences. Minimum 2 years of experience in design and implementation, as well as monitoring and evaluation. Knowledge of the current climate change global context. Previous experience in related fields. Ability to work as a team player in group settings. Critical thinking and analysis skills.
