Gender Equality Specialist We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gender Equality Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will work closely with Centro de Derechos Para la Mujer (CDM) to create community and institutional gender policies. The Role Your key responsibilities will include: Analyzing and reviewing the Draft Institutional Diagnosis Revising the Draft Institutional Policy of Gender and the Institutional Strategic Plan to align normative instruments Developing a Training Plan for communities and organization staff Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A university degree in social sciences, economics, or international development, or equivalent experience Knowledge/experience on Gender Equality, planning, administration processes, strategy design, research, teaching, training, and facilitation Demonstrated experience working in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams What''s in it for YOU?
