Gender Equality Specialist This placement offers an exciting opportunity to work with Centro de Derechos Para la Mujer (CDM) to help create both community and institutional gender policies. Analyse and review the Draft Institutional Diagnosis Analyse and revise the Draft Institutional Policy of Gender and the Institutional Strategic Plan in order to align normative instruments. Do the elaboration of a Training Plan aimed at the communities and the organisation''s staff. The volunteer will have the chance to: Work closely with the partner organization to develop and implement gender equality policies Conduct research and analysis on gender-related issues Develop training materials and facilitate training sessions for local communities and staff About You To be successful in this role, you will need: A university degree in social sciences, economics, international development or equivalent experience in a related field. Knowledge/experience on Gender Equality and planning, administration processes, strategy design. Previous experience in planning processes, knowledge/experience in research teaching, training and/or facilitation processes. Demonstrated experience of working in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams.
