Job Title: Construction SuperintendentLocation: Guelph, ON and Surrounding AreasSalary: $100,000 $120,000 per yearBenefits: RRSP matching up to 5%, 4 weeks vacation, full insurance package, mileage reimbursementAbout the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Superintendent to join our clients team and oversee ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) construction projects across Guelph and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing full project life cycles, from pre-construction through to final handover. This role requires someone with excellent site management skills, a solid understanding of Canadian construction standards, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple ICI construction projectsCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project deliveryOversee site safety protocols and ensure compliance with all local regulations and company standardsMonitor schedules, budgets, and quality control throughout the construction lifecycleConduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed project documentationServe as the primary point of contact for on-site issues and conflict resolutionWork closely with the project management team to maintain alignment on project goals and timelinesTravel between sites as required (mileage covered)Requirements:Minimum 7+ years of experience in the Canadian construction industry, with a focus on ICI projectsProven track record of managing full life cycle construction projectsStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsValid drivers license and willingness to travel between sites regularlyWorking knowledge of construction software is an assetWhat On Offer:Competitive salary in the range of $100,000 $120,000RRSP matching program (up to 5%)4 weeks paid vacationFull insurance package (health, dental, vision, etc.)Mileage reimbursement for site travel
