If you are looking for a place to invest your passion, then keep reading!What The Role Looks LikeAs an Account Executive at FlexPay, you will be responsible for generating and converting high-quality sales opportunities in the payments and SaaS space. Youll be a champion of the FlexPay platform, using your expertise in payments, Fintech, and subscription billing to guide prospects through complex, consultative sales cycles.This is a strategic, storytelling-driven role ideal for a curious and coachable sales professional who excels at translating complex concepts like LTV, ROI, and churn into compelling business narratives. Youll work cross-functionally to influence buyers in verticals such as publishing, software, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) subscriptions.A day in the life of this position includes:Identifying and qualifying opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers across relevant verticals.Managing the full-funnel sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, solutioning, contract negotiation, and client onboarding.Crafting and delivering compelling, personalized narratives that align FlexPays value proposition to each prospects pain points and goals.Being an expert in FlexPays product and the payments ecosystem, especially in the areas of subscription billing.Working with Revenue leaders, helping them understand the entire payments tech stack and how FlexPay can drive unrealized revenue potential.Staying up to date with market trends, competitors, and evolving buyer needs across SaaS, Fintech, and eCommerce.Conducting product walkthroughs, ROI discussions, and technical demos with a clear grasp of key metrics (e.g., churn rate, customer lifetime value).Collaborating closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and client success) to ensure cohesive messaging and a seamless client experience.Tracking and reporting on pipeline activity, forecasting, and KPIs in Salesforce.Continuously iterating on sales messaging and processes to improve conversion rates and cycle efficiency.Who Were Looking ForYou're a strategic thinker and a confident communicator who thrives in long-cycle, consultative sales environments. You have a natural ability to simplify and sell complex ideas, and youre passionate about building trust with prospective clients. Youre excited by the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced Fintech startup and are eager to apply your domain knowledge in payments, subscription platforms, and SaaS.What Were Looking For5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or account management, ideally in Fintech or Payments.Background in payment gateways, orchestration layers, recurring billing systems, or subscription platforms is a big plus.Experience selling to one or more of the following verticals: publishing, software/SaaS, or direct-to-consumer subscriptions.A natural storyteller with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain and sell complex concepts like LTV, churn, and ROI.Demonstrated success managing long-cycle, consultative sales processes with C-level buyers.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing net-new business.Analytical mindset and strong numeracy; comfortable interpreting data to support your sales strategy.Curious, coachable, and collaborative, driven to improve every day.Experience with Salesforce and a structured approach to CRM and pipeline hygiene.A mindset of curiosity toward AI, a demonstrated willingness to experiment with it, and an ability to think strategically about how AI can amplify their work.Able to ramp quickly on technical concepts and articulate value with confidence.Creative, solutions-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a startup environment.What We OfferWere a quickly growing global company committed to building a team filled with diverse cultures, viewpoints, and experiences.
