Every couple of days, were booking dozens of meetings, juggling conversations with hundreds of people, and running complex, detail-heavy workflows under serious deadline pressure. We need someone sharp, reliable, and fast to help us keep upand help us grow.Our company is in the email and real estate tech space. Were a small team with a lot of momentumand theres real room to grow with us if things go well.This role is a mix of admin execution and outreach coordination: you'll be handling inboxes and spreadsheets one moment, and nudging potential clients to book a meeting the next.
