The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to read and interpret schematics. This role requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using hand tools and equipment, including forklifts. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in assembling components and ensuring high-quality standards in our manufacturing processes.DutiesPerform welding tasks using various techniques to fabricate metal components.Able to do TIG or MIG welding.Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications.Assemble parts and components accurately according to design requirements.Utilize hand tools and welding equipment effectively to complete tasks.Conduct inspections of completed welds for quality assurance.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Operate forklifts as needed for material handling within the facility.Requirements1 year of proven experience in welding/fitting with a strong understanding of various welding techniques.TIG or MIG Welding experience is requiredProficiency in using power tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments.Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.Experience in fabricating metal structures, including ductwork, is preferred.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team..A commitment to maintaining safety standards in the workplace.
