Account Executive, Infoware / Word LX (Legal Technology)Location: Remote (Toronto, Canada HQ)We are growing again, and looking for an experienced SaaS account executive with legal industry experience and more importantly the ambition and drive to crush it with us. Law firms of all sizes use Word LX to standardize common document workflows and make work faster and easier for their staff and lawyers.For more info on Infoware / WordLX:Website: https://infowaregroup.com/Word LX LinkedIn pageCEO Dan Shap - LinkedIn pageResponsibilities:A core focus on self-generating TOFU (top of funnel) pipeline through various strategies and channelsResponsibility for the full sales process - including warm (referral and signal based) outreach and lead generation work, qualifying leads, conducting demos, negotiations, contracts and closing the dealYou will be pioneering new accounts by owning the outbound prospecting process from prospect list creation to outbound outreach (email, cold calling, social and use of sequencing), to booking meetingsDevelop expertise in the WORD LX product to exceed targetsLeverage multiple sales channels to reliably generate top of funnel pipeline - including but not limited to cold calling, email, Linkedin, events, and social platform communitiesLeverage an advanced tech stack and AI tools to improve efficiency and effectivenessAttend appropriate events to generate leads and build relationshipsBring and implement B2B SaaS sales best practices to help us constantly improveLead and participate in experiments to optimize conversions at different funnel stages.Ongoing activity tracking and analysis to find opportunities for improvement for yourself and the company as a wholeParticipate in developing, improving and documenting workflows and processesSupport senior management with commercial forecasts and confidently meet or exceed pre-defined sales targetsSupport sales and the company as a whole with other initiatives as required (we are a growing company, and everyone pitches in)Ideal Experience and Attributes:2+ years of B2B software sales experience (medium - enterprise) with a proven track record of generating pipeline and closing dealsDemonstrable success as a Business Development Representative that generated qualified leadsProven success generating opportunities across outbound channels including cold calls, emailing, and social sellingAbility to listen, uncover client pain points, and clearly explain how Word LX provides valueDemonstrable track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and performance metricsExperience helping grow an early-stage SaaS company as part of a lean teamClosed SaaS deals with implementation fees and per-seat pricing, typically within a 3-6 month sales cycle with consistency and successComfortable using a tech stack that includes HubSpot, Lavender, Slack, AI tools, and Microsoft 365The Must-Haves That Set You Apart:AI You actively use AI to boost productivity and performance.LinkedIn You already post, comment, engage, and build your network.
