PMO Builder / Senior Project Manager (Hybrid – Vancouver, BC)Type: Hybrid (Vancouver, BC)Lookign to hire Project Manager who has built or matured a PMO, not just led projects?Were looking for a strategic, hands-on PMO builder to lead complex, cross-functional projects and help establish strong delivery practices within a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment. This is more than a standard PM role — we need someone who can drive structure, governance, and delivery excellence across portfolios.What Youll Do:Lead enterprise-wide, high-complexity projects, potentially multiple at onceManage matrixed teams across internal and vendor resourcesEnsure delivery of key artifacts: requirements, design docs, test plans, etc.Drive project governance, budget control, and compliance with contracting processesDevelop and manage budgets, timelines, risks, and dependenciesProactively manage change requests, ensuring alignment with scope and strategyHelp define and mature PMO processes and toolsLiaise with stakeholders across business, IT, and legal sectorsBasic Qualifications:Bachelors degree and 7+ years of project management (or 7+ years of related experience in lieu of degree)Experience building or maturing a PMO, not just leading individual projects5+ years in Agile/Waterfall project delivery, planning, and lifecycle toolsProven ability to manage budgets, vendor contracts, and cross-functional teamsSolid experience with SDLC tools, testing, deployment, and release managementNice to Have:Knowledge of legal aid services or BC justice sectorPMI certification or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)Proficiency with MS Project, Planview, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel
