Sales Representative - Digital Advertising Specialist We''re seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for net-new advertiser acquisition through proactive prospecting, pitching, and activating new business advertisers. Key Responsibilities: Proactively source and pitch digital advertising solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) Educate businesses on the value of digital advertising and help them launch their first campaigns Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness Requirements: At least 2 years of validatable sales experience No active contract with a different gig while working for Jump Crew X Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit, and Employment Check) Benefits: Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission Certification provided by the company (paid time off included) Flexible work arrangement (work from home) Ongoing training and support About the Role: This is an outbound sales role requiring consultative selling skills and the ability to source new leads.
