Landscape Construction ManagerFull-Time | Victoria, BC | Starting Summer 2025Fallingwater Landscapes is seeking a highly skilled and grounded Landscape Construction Manager to lead the installation of complete landscape renovations and new buildsfrom hardscapes and softscapes to the fine details that ensure a polished result. This is a hands-on leadership role guiding two committed crews through high-quality residential and small-scale commercial landscape construction projects.Were looking for a steady handsomeone who can execute complex jobs with precision, mentor others into excellence, and take full ownership of projects from the first shovel to final walkthrough.What Youll DoLead full-scale installations and renovations including pavers, retaining walls, grading and drainage, plantings, irrigation, lighting, and light carpentry.Actively manage on-site work (approx. 60% of your time) while balancing backend planning, crew coordination, meetings, and communication (40%).Mentor and manage two crews (5-7 people), supporting their development toward independent, high-quality execution.Own the client experience during construction, providing updates, resolving concerns, and managing the project through final handoff and warranty check-ins.Maintain construction standards across all active sites, ensuring alignment with quality, safety, and timeline expectations.Collaborate with our estimator to understand project scope and constraintsyoull focus on execution, not bidding or job costing.Who You AreHave 5+ years of leadership experience in residential or commercial landscape construction.Are confident in plan reading, layout, grading, and sequencingand adapt smoothly to changing conditions.Lead by example, with the patience and presence to mentor and develop others.Communicate clearly and professionally with both crew and clients.Are process-oriented, but flexible enough to adapt as systems improve.Are highly self-directed, organized, and committed to producing quality work.Hold a Class 5 drivers license and are legally eligible to work in Canada.Why Join FallingwaterWere a quality-driven company with a strong focus on leadership, job enrichment, learning, and long-term successfor our projects and our people.As part of our commitment to excellence and transparency, we use open-book management and The Great Game of Business to involve team members in understanding the business and contributing to its success.
