Outbound Sales Representative We''re looking for motivated and energetic sales professionals to join our team, where we help businesses grow through digital advertising. In this role, you''ll be focused on net-new advertiser acquisitionreaching out to business owners, educating them on the platform, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their very first campaigns. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new business advertisers * Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how to drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising Requirements: * 2+ years of validatable sales experience * Ability to present a comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit, and Employment Check) * Comfortable with high-volume outreach and consultative selling What You Get: * Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission * Opportunity to work with a leading social media platform * Flexible schedule (32 hours/week minimum, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST) Performance Metrics: * Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month * Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser * Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene Mandatory Requirements: * This opportunity is open to applicants who are able to present at least 2 years of validatable sales experience
