Duties and Responsibilities: Proactively prospect and pitch new SMB advertisers. Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how to drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising. Requirements: At least 2 years of validatable sales experience. No active contracts with other gig while working. A comprehensive background check. Benefits: Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission. Certification paid by employer. Flexible schedule (32 hours/week minimum). Key Performance Metrics: Activate at least 20 new business advertisers per month. Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser.
