Credibility and Leadership: Help us become a leading partner with Veterinary clinic teams in the Canadian Animal Health landscape.The PositionAs a Remote Territory Manager in Animal Health, you will leverage your skills in customer experience, virtual territory management, and strategic business planning to drive sales and foster strong relationships with veterinary clinics across Canada. You will primarily support clients virtually, with in-person meetings and conference attendance as needed, and will play a vital role in supporting customer service and business continuity initiatives.Key Responsibilities Sales Performance: Achieve annual sales objectives for key products and increase market penetration across your virtual territory. Monitor progress toward objectives and evaluate ROI for promotional efforts. Customer Engagement: Build trusting, value-driven relationships with clients by delivering accurate product presentations and virtual continuing education seminars. Product Knowledge: Remain self-motivated to continuously expand your knowledge of Grey Wolfs product portfolio and communicate it effectively to clients. Industry Awareness: Stay up to date on market trends, competitive products, and developments in veterinary care to better serve clients. Territory Management: Strategically manage a national virtual territory using CRM systems and digital tools. Plan customer outreach, track engagement, and conduct follow-ups efficiently. Conference & Travel: Attend industry conferences and participate in in-person meetings or events as required to support strategic initiatives and key account relationships. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with peers across departments, sharing insights and aligning on goals. Lead by example and contribute to a high-performing team culture. Ethical Standards: Uphold Grey Wolfs commitment to professionalism and regulatory compliance in all interactions.Requirements Bachelor's degree or Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT) diploma preferred. Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally within the animal health industry. Strong virtual communication skills and comfort using digital platforms for client interactions. Proven ability in account management and strategic business planning. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Growth mindset, coachability, and motivation to exceed performance goals. Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms. Ability to travel as required for conferences, key account meetings, or internal events. Must reside in Canada and be legally eligible to work.
