Economic Development Professional The City of Lacombe is seeking a strategic and community-focused Economic Development Professional to join its team. This role will empower local businesses, foster innovation, and drive sustainable economic growth through collaborative approaches. Key Responsibilities: Conduct forward-looking research on economic trends, market conditions, and development opportunities. Analyze and synthesize community-specific data to shape actionable, long-term economic strategies. Maintain and update the City''s Economic Development micro-site with accurate statistics and insights. Translate complex data into accessible insights for internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in business, economics, public administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in economic or community development. Demonstrated success in building relationships with diverse stakeholders, including businesses and municipal leaders.
