Investment Planning Counselor Opportunity A high-performance investment planning counselor is required to join our team. This position involves delivering personalized wealth management solutions to clients, helping them achieve their long-term financial goals. Key Responsibilities: Deliver customized wealth management solutions to clients. Develop and deepen client relationships. Conduct regular meetings and calls with clients. Educate clients about available products, solutions, and services. Promote the value proposition of the organization. Requirements: Relationship-building skills with a commitment to establishing long-term client relationships. Ability to leverage technology to enhance client experiences. Strong desire for performance-driven compensation. A self-motivated, highly driven, and entrepreneurial personality. Ability to think critically and use sound judgment when serving clients. Post-secondary education in Business and/or 3-5 years of industry experience. Completion of CSC/IFIC required. IIROC licensed. Professional accreditation (CFP, CIM, or equivalent) considered an asset. Salary: $65,400 - $108,900 annually, representing base salary only, and does not include other variable compensation components of the total compensation package.
