Reference #: 8032 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 2 days per week in office) Type: Sub-contract Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager, for one of our key government clients. The Senior Project Manager will lead the SAP S/4HANA Finance Work Package as part of the Finance Modernization Program. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of the SAP S/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA Finance upgrade project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to timelines and budgets. Candidate MUST have the following: Over six (6+) years of proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP S/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA Finance upgrade projects; Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA Finance architecture and functionalities (such as cloud deployments and financial services industry implementations); Excellent project management skills; Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities; Proficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies; PMP and/or PRINCE2, similar project management certification is preferred; Hands-on experience with SAP ECC will be considered an asset; and Experience in the financial or insurance industry is a plus. Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience: Project Planning and Management: develop comprehensive project plans that align with business goals, coordinate with various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, monitor project progress and provide detailed reports on milestones and deliverables; Stakeholder Management: communicate proactively with program, internal, and external stakeholders, provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements, and ensure project alignment with business objectives; Risk Management: identify and manage project risks, issues, decisions, and assumptions, develop and implement mitigation plans, and ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget; Team Leadership: lead and motivate project team members, and provide coaching and guidance to team members and stakeholders; and Technical Expertise: utilize knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAPS/4 HANA Finance to guide the project team and stakeholders, and ensure technical solutions meet business requirements and align with overall IT strategy.
