About the FP&A team: The FP&A team manages lululemon''s financial performance, providing strategic and operational insights. We offer opportunities to learn about various operations, work on cross-functional projects, and develop valuable business and finance skills. A day in the life: Reporting to the Manager/Senior Manager of FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst executes financial planning and analysis activities. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and communicating results to leadership. You will partner with the business to understand operational and financial links, provide insights, and support strategic decisions. Lead strategic planning, annual budgets, and monthly reforecasts. Investigate variances to budget and forecast, identifying opportunities and risks. Prepare reports for month and quarter-end financial results. Develop financial models and dashboards to illustrate performance. Participate in cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc projects for decision support. Support revenue, margin, and KPI analysis to identify trends and risks/opportunities. Perform scenario planning for revenue and margin impacts. Manage SG&A reporting and dashboard improvements, coordinating across teams. Mentor and coach other Financial Analysts. Qualifications: 4+ years of progressive finance, analysis, and reporting experience in fast-paced environments. Retail industry experience is an asset. Bachelor''s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or similar. CPA or MBA is an asset. Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion or similar financial planning software is a plus. Strong financial knowledge and Excel expertise. Analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quality-focused. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent teamwork and independent work skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Compensation & Benefits: The typical salary range is $81,500 - $107,000 annually, based on experience and market factors.
