Ensure all profit systems and reporting is in place in every area of the business as per the following: o Cost of Goods: Food/Liquor/Wine/Beer o Labour Reporting: Costed weekly schedules for the Front of House & Kitchen o Controllable Spending: Ensure we are hitting budget and finding cost savings without affecting the guest experience or the employee experience o Marketing Budgets: Influenced and utilized o Profit Goals: Achieved for each period and for the year Skills & Qualifications Education: A post-secondary degree ideally in business management or hospitality. Experience: 5-7 years prior experience in the restaurant industry with proven management and coaching skills.
