Job Overview The Commissioning Manager plays a pivotal role in driving project success by overseeing the planning and execution of commissioning activities. With a strong focus on quality and timeliness, this individual is responsible for ensuring that all technical employees are adequately trained and equipped to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage commissioning technicians to guarantee compliance with project schedules and quality standards. Conduct thorough technical reviews, oversee testing and inspection activities, and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions. Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to plan and execute commissioning activities safely and efficiently. Develop and maintain comprehensive commissioning procedures and documentation, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Provide expert technical support to the project team throughout the commissioning phase and facilitate the delivery of final project handovers. Oversight and implementation of policies, procedures, and training programs for employees. Guarantee timely completion of mandatory training programs for self and team members.
