Job Title

We are seeking a highly experienced LNG Commissioning Manager to lead and coordinate all commissioning activities for a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing the commissioning and start-up phases to ensure a safe, efficient, and timely transition from construction to full operations. This role is critical in ensuring that all systems and components of the LNG facility are properly installed, tested, and operational according to design specifications and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage the overall commissioning strategy, plans, procedures, and schedules. Coordinate with engineering, construction, operations, HSE, and vendors to ensure readiness for commissioning activities. Lead the commissioning team and supervise the execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up of LNG process units, utilities, and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Interface with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to align commissioning objectives and resolve technical issues. Monitor progress and performance, reporting regularly to senior project leadership. Oversee system turnover from construction to commissioning and from commissioning to operations. Identify and mitigate risks associated with commissioning activities. Support training and handover to operations teams. Requirements: Education & Experience: ~ Bachelor''s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field); advanced degree preferred. ~10+ years of experience in commissioning, with at least 5 years in LNG or large-scale oil & gas projects. ~ Proven track record in managing multi-discipline commissioning teams.
