Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full stack Engineer with a focus on both frontend and backend technologies. This role is critical in designing, developing, and delivering large-scale distributed web applications, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. Required Qualifications: For Fullstack & Frontend Focus: 12+ years of experience in frontend development, building large-scale distributed systems. Expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3 (LESS/SASS), AJAX , and streaming technologies. Strong understanding of frontend frameworks, UI/UX best practices, and performance optimization. Hands-on experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Mocha/Chai. Knowledge of drag-and-drop functionality, image editing, and real-time streaming is a plus. For Fullstack & Backend Focus: 12+ years of experience in backend development using Java. Strong expertise in object-oriented design and architecture, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and building RESTful services. Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases, caching techniques, messaging systems, and asynchronous workflows. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and logging systems. Knowledge of security best practices, OAuth, JSON , and authentication mechanisms. Nice to Have: Experience with cross-platform UX design. Familiarity with front-end technologies for backend engineers and vice versa. Experience working in high-traffic enterprise environments with millions of users. Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Architects, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Quality Engineers, and Operations, to develop and maintain high-quality web applications. Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions using frontend and backend technologies. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including development, testing, release, triage, bug fixes, and documentation. Define and implement REST-based interfaces and work with relational and NoSQL storage technologies. Optimize web applications for performance, security, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Conduct code reviews, technical design reviews, and provide mentorship to other engineers. Work in an Agile environment utilizing tools like JIRA, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring solutions.
