A progressive organisation undergoing significant transformation is seeking a Reward Business Partner to join its People and Culture function.About the RoleYou'll be part of a central HR team driving forward a refreshed approach to pay, benefits, wellbeing, and data-led decision-making. Acting as a subject matter expert, you'll collaborate across departments to shape fair, effective, and future-ready reward practices.This is a hands-on, strategic role ideal for someone confident in using data, engaging senior stakeholders, and delivering both cyclical and project-based reward initiatives.What You'll Be DoingLead end-to-end delivery of annual compensation cyclesProvide specialist advice on pay frameworks, job evaluation, and recognitionConduct internal and external benchmarking to support reward strategyManage benefit plans, renewals, and supplier relationshipsEnsure reward approaches support fairness, inclusion, and long-term valueYou'll BringExperience in a reward specialist or reward-focused generalist HR roleStrong data analysis, Excel, and HR systems skillsFamiliarity with job evaluation methodologies such as Hay and/or HERAClear, confident communication style with strong stakeholder engagementExperience in complex, regulated, or unionised settings is a plusWhat's on Offer12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leaveStart date: August 2025 (potentially earlier)Hybrid and flexible working arrangementsA collaborative and supportive HR team cultureFurther details about the employer will be shared with shortlisted candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
