As a Senior/Construction Project Manager, you will manage all aspects of the construction of unique projects, partnering closely with internal and external partners to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget. With the skills gained in this role, the opportunities are endlessfrom a rewarding career in Construction to continued growth and development with Aritzia.THE ROLEAs the Senior/Construction Project Manager, you will:Oversee the finalization of drawings and the entire build, ensuring every aspect of the space is completed to design.Plan the effort and duration of each stage of the build to ensure timely completion.Secure and manage the budget of the construction contractor, ensuring fair market value.Oversee the General Contractor, validating build quality and ensuring the project is completed on schedule and on budget.THE QUALIFICATIONSThe Senior/Construction Project Manager has:Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia's Values, Business, and People Leadership principles.The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners to pursue shared business outcomes.The ability to set clear objectives and design strategies that inspire teams.A dedication to quality, results, and exploring new business opportunities that add value.THE COMPENSATIONThe typical hiring range for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 CDN per year. The final salary may vary based on knowledge, skills, and experience. This position may also be eligible for bonus and equity.We are always seeking top talent.
