Your primary responsibility is to lead a team that helps clients with their complex digital, technology, cloud and/or analytical problems.In your role, you will have responsibility for deliverables and client stakeholder relationships and will be delivering digital, technology, cloud transformation, software and/or data solutions for our clients using agile, waterfall or hybrid methodologies. This will include regular meetings, backlog prioritisation with product owners and managing stakeholder expectations.Experience leading teams in one or more delivery methods:Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Scrum@ScaleWaterfall /hybrid deliveryExperience of delivery tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, MSProject.Project management skills such as: developing project plans, managing resources, tracking progress, risk management, and meeting deadlines with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.One or more recognised delivery certification(s) such as Certified Agile, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agile, PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, MSP, or ITIL.We are specifically looking for candidates with both technical and business focused skills, who can articulate the outcomes and value of their work, and have working experience in some of the following:Familiar with the GDS Service Manual.Strong foundation across the cybersecurity technology stack.Knowledge of common technologies involved in digital delivery such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle, SAP.Knowledge of regulations and compliance considerations around data management.Connect to your business -Technology and TransformationDistinctive thinking, deep expertise, innovation and collaborative working.
