Associate Manager, Canada Strategy & OperationsAbout the TeamDoorDash is looking for top talent to play a pivotal role in growing our New Verticals Business in the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand! We are looking for someone who is excited about joining a fast-paced environment and driving our next wave of growth.About the RoleWe are hiring an Associate Manager onto our New Verticals Strategy & Operations team to focus on expanding our DashMart business across Canada. In this role, you will work on initiatives that range from growth, marketing, quality, cost, efficiency and so much more! You will identify massive quality and cost improvements that will directly impact our ability to grow our New Verticals businesses. This role will require a mix of hard and soft skills: data analysis & visualization, business intelligence, design for marketing collaterals, stakeholder management and project management. You will be work on everything ranging from campaign go-to-market planning & execution, to reporting on outcomes from performance marketing initiatives. We operate in a hybrid model, we prioritize getting our teams together in person once a quarter and you have the flexibility to work from home or the office on most days! You are required to be based in Canada and will overlap with cross-functional stakeholders across all of North America. You will report into a Manager on the team and be an individual contributor.Youre excited about this opportunity because you willStrategize. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
