IDENTITY ACCESS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT (SAILPOINT & SERVICENOW)TORONTO, CANADA (HYBRID WORKING - 2 TO 3 DAYS PER WEEK ON-SITE)$55 CAD PER HOUR (W2 CONTRACT)About Us:Our client is a specialised, Toronto-based consultancy focused exclusively on Identity and Access Management (IAM). Our team delivers high-impact solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients across North America & Canada. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and personalised service, they’re expanding—and looking for an IAM Consultant to join them on a contract basis.The Role:As an IAM Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting SailPoint, ISC & SNow solutions for their clients. Youll collaborate closely with client stakeholders, architects, and internal teams to deliver scalable and secure IAM frameworks that meet business and compliance needs.Key Responsibilities:Lead SailPoint solution design and implementation projects (IdentityNow or IdentityIQ).Develop custom connectors, rules, workflows, and integration components.Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and best practice consulting.Work directly with clients to gather requirements and translate them into deliverable IAM solutions.Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.What We’re Looking For:5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint (IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow).Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and compliance requirements.Proven experience developing and deploying SailPoint configurations, connectors, and scripts.Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, or similar languages used for SailPoint customization.Experience with directory services (LDAP, AD), SSO, MFA, and IAM governance tools.Excellent communication skills and the ability to consult with senior stakeholders.Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area – hybrid working required (approx. 2-3 days/week on-site).Nice to Have:SailPoint certification(s).Experience with cloud IAM and security tools (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, AWS IAM).Previous consulting experience.
