Our client is seeking a contract based Organizational Change Manager for their Salesforce implementation.Location: Remote, with occasional Ottawa visitDuration: 6 months + extensionResponsibilities:Develop and execute OCM strategies and plans aligned with the implementation of Salesforce.Conduct stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, and readiness evaluations.Design and deliver change communications, training programs, and adoption materials.Support the development of change networks and champions across business units.Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to integrate change activities into overall project plans.Monitor change effectiveness and provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.Requirements:7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management roles.Proven experience supporting change for SalesforceStrong knowledge of CRM systems and their business impact.Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience in enterprise environments with complex stakeholder ecosystems.Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a strong asset.Experience with Adobe AEM an asset
