JD Edward Business AnalystPermanent roleHybrid- 4 daysLocation: Markham Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications the Senior ERP Business Analyst will support the ERP team to maintain, troubleshoot and enhance the information systems technology assets Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or EngineeringMinimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in requirements gathering, testing, and supporting business analysis activitiesExpertise in JD Edwards (JDE) Enterprise 9.2, with proficiency in either sales and distribution or in HR/Payroll. Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting JDE Order to Cash, HR, Payroll or Financial Modulessomeone that can communicate at stakeholder level and managers, and who can learn quicklyKnowledge of JDE Orchestrator and JDE development toolsAdvanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookup, Macros, etc.)Proficiency in SQL and business analysis toolsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with a creative approachExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to explain complex ideas in simple, user-friendly languageCustomer service-oriented mindset
