If youre passionate about building relationships, solving challenges, and making an impact in a thriving industry, we are here to support your journey to success!Location:Mississauga, ON (GTA Territory)Your tasks:Promote, maintain, and increase sales for labels and consumables by identifying opportunities and delivering solutions to meet customer needs.Efficiently and effectively close sales by understanding customer requirements and positioning product offerings as ideal solutions.Identify potential sales opportunities with new and existing customers by making sales calls, following up on leads, and other prospecting methods.Approach sales opportunities with a customer-focused mindset, seeking to understand their needs and provide solutions using Bizerba product offerings.Continuously educate yourself on Bizerba’s product lines and monitor competitive activity within the marketplace to stay ahead of trends.Build and strengthen existing and new business opportunities by forming professional, positive relationships within the designated region, ensuring sustainable growth.Utilize company tools, including CRM software, to accurately log activities, forecast opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline according to company standards.Expected travel up to 80%Your qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required.A strong background in Territory Management with a proven track record of consistent year-over-year revenue growth.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects to successful completion, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging with external customers and collaborating with internal resources.A background in customer service, coupled with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to build trust and influence decision-making.Highly productive working knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point. Including experience in CRM related programsProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with hands-on experience using CRM software for tracking and managing sales activities.Strong time management, organizational, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.Working knowledge and experience in sales related to labels and consumables is essential.
