The organization is led by a team of Chartered Professional Accountants and Certified Microsoft Technology Specialists who have been providing the highest level of service in the Microsoft solution consulting industry since 1989.Were seeking a Power BI Developer with expertise in creating compelling visual reports, interactive dashboards, and comprehensive KPI scorecards for our FIELDBOSS Contractor Management Solution. As a key member of our Analytics team, you will transform complex Dynamics 365 data into actionable business insights that drive decision-making across Sales, Service, and Business Central operations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Report Development and Data VisualizationDesign and develop interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards for FIELDBOSS users across multiple business units.Create compelling data visualizations that translate complex Dynamics 365 datasets into clear, actionable business insights.Build and maintain data models that efficiently connect to Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Business Central environments.Create automated report refresh schedules and monitoring to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.Technical Implementation and IntegrationIntegrate Power BI solutions with Dynamics 365 Power Platform components and related systems.Optimize report performance through efficient calculations, data modeling best practices, and query optimization.Troubleshoot and resolve Power BI connectivity, performance, and functionality issues.Create and maintain technical documentation for data models and report specifications.Collaboration and Project DeliveryWork in an Agile development environment to deliver reporting enhancements based on product team and customer priorities.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Provide training and support to end users on Power BI report functionality and best practices.Take responsibility for design methodology and comprehensive project documentation.REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:Technical ExpertiseExperience developing Power BI reports against the Dynamics 365 Power PlatformKnowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Business Central data structuresExperience with data modeling and visualization best practicesProfessional SkillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present concepts to various stakeholdersAbility to work in an Agile mode to deliver enhancements prioritized by our product team or customersSelf-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in design methodologyCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multiple departmentsThe Power BI Developer will play a crucial role in transforming FIELDBOSS data into strategic business intelligence that enhances our contractor management capabilities and supports informed decision-making across the organization.Why FIELDBOSS?By joining us at FIELDBOSS, you’re enlisting in a forward-thinking community, dedicated to helping our clients modernize their systems, improve profitability, and realize growth.
