Job Title: Maintenance Administrator About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Administrator to join our team in Morden, MB. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, including printing and distributing upcoming Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules, ensuring on-time completion of PMs, filing completed PMs, receiving and issuing materials, creating and maintaining labeling for stocked items, and supporting cycle counting activities within the stockroom. You will make an impact by: Assisting PM Coordinator with standard daily tasks. Assisting MRO Coordinator with standard daily tasks. General housekeeping of Maintenance work areas and stockrooms. Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will require: High school diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start). Technical Diploma and/or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology or higher from an accredited institution. Stockroom experience. Preventative maintenance experience. Proficient with Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, etc.). Working knowledge of ERP software (e.g. SAP). Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical parts. Ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated individual that can work well in a team environment as well as independently. Hands-on mechanical maintenance experience. Work Location: This role is based in Morden, MB, and may include up to 5% domestic/international travel. Relocation Assistance: May be authorized.
