We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining multiple inserting, strapping, and stitching machines. This role requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate an inserting machine to put together multiple newspapers. Set up and adjust machinery for optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in the workplace. Experience Previous work in a Newspaper Mailroom a plus. Ability to use email very important. Experience fixing machinery would be an asset. Previous work in a production line important, but not mandatory. Having a supervisory background would be a plus.
