About the Role This role is ideal for someone with experience in social science, international development, or a related field who is committed to making a meaningful impact. As a Human Rights Advisor, you will work closely with our partners to create and execute action plans, facilitate trainings, and support initiatives aimed at promoting human rights. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including community leaders, government officials, and private sector representatives. Responsibilities Coordinate with our partners to develop and implement comprehensive action plans that promote human rights and empower marginalized communities. Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs that equip stakeholders with the knowledge and skills needed to promote human rights. Support initiatives aimed at promoting and disseminating human rights activities, both locally and globally. Liaise with local organizations and community groups to build partnerships and strengthen relationships. Requirements A university degree in social science, international development, or a related field. Proven experience working with marginalized communities, preferably in a developing country context. Strong understanding of human rights principles and practices, with a focus on empowerment and inclusion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with private sector operations and their role in promoting human rights.
