We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Plant Director to oversee our 100+ employee team across multi-shift production, maintenance, warehousing, inventory control, shipping, and quality operations in Vernon. You will manage daily plant operations while developing strategies to improve safety, efficiency, costs, and product quality. This role emphasizes people development and continuous improvement, crucial for our future success. The position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $185,000.
