Your Role Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to address business problems and enhance our product features. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning projects, from ideation and data collection to model development, deployment, and monitoring. Collaborate with our internal and external teams to integrate machine learning models into our applications and processes. Architect and implement robust and scalable machine learning models and associated API calls to integrate with our existing applications and processes. Evaluate and fine-tune model performance to ensure accuracy, scalability, and efficiency. Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, and champion the adoption of new technologies and best practices. Manage project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and communicate progress to stakeholders. What You Bring To The Table A bachelor''s or masters degree in computer science, data science, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in a production environment. Proven experience with designing and implementing API calls for machine learning services. Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role. Demonstrated experience leading a technical team or mentoring junior developers. Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain and scikit-learn. Experience with data processing and analysis tools like Pandas and NumPy. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their machine learning services. A solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. A strategic mindset and a passion for solving complex challenges with innovative automation-based solutions. Whats in it for you?
