The Director of Finance will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Treasury functions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor''s degree in finance or a related field and 10+ years of progressive finance experience with 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing shared services teams. Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing team across AP, AR and Treasury functions, driving continuous improvement in processes and performance metrics, partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance and align processes with business objectives. Requirements Bachelor''s degree in finance, Business or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred) 10+ years of progressive finance experience with 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing shared services teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail Experience in navigating complex financial structures within a global or multi-regional organization Strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Benefits This role offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $180,000/year and a bonus opportunity.
