Position: Technical Support AnalystLocation: Toronto, ONJob Type: ContractHours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ESTWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Analyst to join our client in the retail sector. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of retail product catalogs. As a key player in supporting our internal processes, you will help improve the speed of resolving catalog issues and conducting root cause analysis.Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Review audit reports and resolve any errors to ensure data integrity and a seamless customer experience.- Ensure that product data and storefront visuals meet high-quality standards.- Verify and classify products that directly affect the customer shopping experience.- Assist with daily tasks and special projects to streamline retailer onboarding and improve internal processes.- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve catalog issues.- Lead calls with retailers to resolve issues and onboard them efficiently.- Manage and triage support tickets effectively, ensuring timely resolution within SLA.- Perform regular storefront audits and quality assurance (QA) checks.You Have:- 2+ years of experience in technical support, system analysis, or similar roles (account management experience is not required).- A strong technical education background (e.g., in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields).- Proficiency in SQL (ability to work with databases and queries is a must).- Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.- Proven ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and meet deadlines with shifting priorities.- Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills.- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).- A customer-centric approach with an understanding of what constitutes a great shopping experience.Please send your resume in Word format to Arriane Liangcungco at AND EARN A $50 GIFT CARD!
