Job Summary:We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement (CE) Solution Architect to join our growing Microsoft Business Applications practice. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design, architect, and oversee the implementation of end-to-end D365 CRM/CE solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Azure services, and third-party integrations, and will act as a trusted advisor to both client and internal delivery teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and architecture of D365 CRM/CE solutions.Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing system solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution vision, roadmaps, and implementation strategies.Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, from presales and discovery to deployment and support.Provide thought leadership and best practices in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Microsoft Cloud services.Ensure alignment with Microsofts roadmap and compliance with enterprise standards.Guide and mentor project teams, developers, and functional consultants.Engage in technical pre-sales, including RFP responses, solution demos, and effort estimation.Required Qualifications:8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE, including at least 3+ years in an architect or lead role.Proven expertise in designing solutions using Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).Good understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Azure services, and custom development (Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, C#).Familiarity with CI/CD processes, DevOps, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).Experience with integrations using REST APIs, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and third-party systems.Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 are highly preferred.Why Join Visionet Canada?Competitive compensation and benefits package.Opportunity to work on enterprise-level transformation projects.Access to training and continuous professional development.Supportive team culture with a focus on innovation and collaboration.Flexibility with hybrid working arrangements.
