We are looking for a Windows End-Point Deployment Analyst for a 20-month contract position, with possible extensions in Regina, Saskatchewan. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.Position is available as on-site location, Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm. Occasional travel and over time may be required. Must be able to attend an in-person interview if shortlisted. Role DescriptionThis role involves more complex work related to the design, implementation, and management of Windows enterprise desktop environments. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating standardized desktop images, developing and implementing patch management and application deployment strategies. Additionally, ensuring that desktop environments are stable, secure, and up to date. The role is also responsible for Policy design, and network and security configuration for the desktop environment.ResponsibilitiesManagement and Administration of SCCM/MECM Environment, including co-management with IntuneAdvanced experience in creating and maintaining standardized Windows images (Desired Configuration Management)Windows Application Packaging & Task Sequences, Windows Installer, MSI, and MSIXExpertise in Microsoft SQL scripting, queries, and reportingAdvanced knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and PowerShell scriptingManaging Microsoft Updates with SCCM (Patch Tuesday)Advanced experience in Active Directory Group Policy design, configuration, and managementDesktop and Laptop Computer Hardware Configuration, Troubleshooting, and RepairTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesRequired Skills and ExperienceMinimum 5 years experience desktop engineering or a related field supporting a large scale (1000+ endpoints), mission critical enterprise in a 24x7 operating environment or equivalentResource must be able to lift packages up to 25 lbsValid Class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers License at the time of proposal submissionManagement and administration of SCCM/MECM EnvironmentManagement of Windows endpoints with IntuneAdvanced experience in creating and maintaining standardized windows images.
