As an Auto Claims Advisor, youll provide advice and support to customers and ensure they feel taken care of in their time of need. What You''ll Do Support customer claims from start to finish: Arrange towing, set up appraisals and outline to the customer the extent of their coverage under the terms of their policy. Gather, organize and verify required information and documentation from all available sources to ensure a thorough and complete compilation of facts to resolve claims. Reconcile estimates from new and preferred vendors to ensure appropriate settlements are reached for damages sustained to a customer''s vehicle. Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders as well as external vendors such as Enterprise and repair shops. Job Requirements What You Need to Succeed One or more years of claims adjusting experience is preferred, but were excited to welcome applicants without specific claims experience. Excellent customer service skills; dedicated to meeting or exceeding the expectations of internal and external clients. Superior time management skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Demonstrated clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
