Gender Equality Advisor The goal of this position is to contribute to the development and implementation of gender equality initiatives in Honduras. The advisor will work closely with local partners to analyze and address gender-based disparities in coastal marine ecosystems. About the Project The SHARE project aims to improve economic and social well-being for marginalized groups, particularly women and girls, in developing countries. In Honduras, we are working with local partners to promote gender equality and social inclusion through sustainable development initiatives. Job Description This role involves analyzing and reviewing draft institutional policies and strategic plans to ensure they align with gender equality principles. The advisor will also prepare training plans for communities and staff members to enhance their understanding and application of gender-sensitive practices.
