If you’re a committed team player, we would love to have you as part of our team.About The RoleThe ERP Manager will support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications—particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365—and ensure application stability, data integrity, and governance. This role leads a small, capable team and acts as a liaison between IT and business units to drive operational value and digital transformation through technology.Whats in it for you?100% company paid medical, health, dental and group insurance benefitsCompany pension matching program3 weeks+ vacationWeekly payOpportunities for career advancementOnsite CafeteriaDiscount at our Chicken ShopA culture that values humility, a respect for family and hard workWhat You Will Be DoingDevelop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive enterprise application and data. strategy that aligns with the companys goals and objectivesLead the configuration, testing, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Production, etc.)Oversee the implementation of the company’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 system(s) and upgrades, including the design and configuration of system modules, data migration, testing, and user trainingEnsure that the ERP system meets regulatory compliance requirements, and collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure proper controls are in placeLead the development of ERP system documentation, including system requirements, user guides, process flows, and system design specificationsDevelop and maintain a global ERP support model that provides timely and effective support to end-users, resolves system issues, and ensures system stabilityDevelop and maintain a comprehensive ERP system training program for end-users to ensure they have the skills necessary to effectively use the system and maximize its benefitsLead efforts to optimize application and data architecture, application and data. management, and application and data integration to support business requirementsDrive the development of application and data models, data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and other artifacts to ensure data consistency and standardization.Define and maintain application and data governance policies, standards, and procedures. to ensure application and data accuracy, security, and compliance (SOX, GDPR, TISAX, etc.)Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendorsLead and mentor a small but effective team of ERP analysts or application support specialistsProvide coaching, day-to-day direction, and career development support to promote individual and team growthDrive a culture of ownership, quality delivery, and customer service excellence within the teamEncourage Microsoft certification paths among team members to build validated capability in Dynamics 365What You Will Bring10+ years of experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment with a focus on production, costing, and supply chain management5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture2–4 years in a leadership or senior analyst role supporting enterprise application platformsKnowledge of ERP implementation methodologies, including project management, system design, configuration, testing, and trainingExperience in managing an ERP support model, including issue resolution, system maintenance, and end-user supportDemonstrated experience in Microsoft ERP implementation and supportKnowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and toolsStrong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and managing high-performing teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levelsExperience in developing and maintaining policies and procedures for ERP, enterprise architecture, and data governance, security, and complianceCapable of maintaining confidential information and matters with utmost discretionMaple Lodge Farms was established in 1955.
