Job Description

We are seeking a senior Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR operations globally. This key role will be responsible for strategic oversight and operational execution across diverse legal, cultural, and regulatory landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in international HR with cross-cultural and legal exposure. They must have a strong understanding of legislative compliance in Canada and internationally, as well as organizational development and training. Key responsibilities include: Strategic planning and global oversight Developing and implementing global HR strategies aligned with corporate goals Leading HR operations in Canada, Quebec, South America, Mexico, Africa, and future affiliate regions Ensuring compliance with Canadian, Quebec, and international employment laws The successful candidate will be fluent in English, with French and/or Spanish an asset. They must also be legally entitled to work in Canada without sponsorship. This is a critical role that will play a central part in shaping the people culture across diverse geographies and regulatory frameworks.
