Area Sales and Education Executive - VancouverArea Sales and Education Executive - Vancouver5 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Sign in to access AI-powered advicesContinue with Google Continue with GoogleContinue with Google Continue with GoogleContinue with Google Continue with GoogleContinue with Google Continue with GoogleContinue with Google Continue with GoogleContinue with Google Continue with GoogleMAIN JOB OBJECTIVEThe Area Sales and Education Executive is responsible for providing sales and training strategy and support in an assigned territory, with an emphasis on Sephora, to achieve sales goals by building strong relationships, conducting effective trainings, and offering sales support as dictated by the needs of the business.Company DescriptionMAIN JOB OBJECTIVEThe Area Sales and Education Executive is responsible for providing sales and training strategy and support in an assigned territory, with an emphasis on Sephora, to achieve sales goals by building strong relationships, conducting effective trainings, and offering sales support as dictated by the needs of the business.Job DescriptionJOB RESPONSIBILITIESYour Impact to the role:Achieve retail sales goals, as determined by management, in assigned stores throughout assigned territory through strategic call cycle and event planning.Handle all in-store training of Fresh selling specialists and store personnel for new product launches and core product categories, inclusive of Sephora BAs.Effectively manage freelance and travel budgets to support assigned territory.Plan and execute in-store events in conjunction with brand initiatives while establishing and developing strong relationships at store level with store sales associates and store leadershipRepresent the Fresh brand and lead by example using Fresh and Sephora sales techniques.Ensure Fresh counters and sales areas are visually impeccable and in accordance with Fresh merchandising standards.Negotiate with store personnel to gain space and improve location within Sephora locations.Maintain above average Sephora LOVE scores for the Fresh brand.Create store specific action plans to achieve sales goals in all doors of the assigned territory.Your Impact in your first year:Establish and execute successful in-store events in alignment with brand initiatives.Maintain above average Sephora LOVE scores for the Fresh brand and create store-specific action plans to sustain and improve sales performance.Physical Requirements:Continuous standing/ walking for an average of 7.5 hours/day.Unpack and lift boxes up to 40 lbs.Continuous bending of neck, arms, torso and legs for an average of 7.5 hours/day.Work in a fragrance filled environment.Physical contact with clients/customers.QualificationsPROFILEYou have:3-5 Years of Experience in Sales, beauty industry experience required.Working knowledge of in-store retail environment is a must or experience in Sephora environment, preferred.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required.Event planning and execution experienceFlexible working hours to meet job objectivesAbility to work remotely, without home office responsibilitiesMandarin and Cantonese speaking (preferred)You are:Proactive in approaching potential clients and promoting the Fresh brand.Able to motivate others and work as part of a teamYou are Proficient in Microsoft SuiteMust own a vehicle and be able to travel within the territoryConsumer Centric: Build relationships with Consumers through heartfelt generosityAgile: Anticipate and champion changeCollaborative: Communicate and dream with othersGrowth Minded: Seek opportunities that offer the chance to be a curious creatorAccountable: Take ownership of actions and responsibilitiesA Strategic Thinker: Implement new ideas from data and insights to create the unexpectedDriven for Results: A relentless pursuit to achieve business objectives, drive revenue and contribute to organizational successOptimistic: Maintain a Skys the Limit mindsetThe salary range for this role is $75,000 -
