Senior Demand Generation ManagerLocation: Canada Remote or Vancouver, BCReports to: VP of Revenue, MarketingIntiveo is looking for a strategic Demand Generation leader to lead and grow our Demand Generation team. This role goes beyond the top-of-funnel, owning the program, campaign, and channel strategy across the full buyer journey. You will build integrated campaigns that move prospects through each stage of the lifecycle to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact, not just lead capture. This isnt an entry-level manager role - youll be expected to raise the bar. Youll lead campaign strategy and execution, manage a growing team, and bring modern strategies to help us level up.The ideal candidate will have an full-funnel mindset and a strong grasp of new demand generation frameworks and strategies to apply across the buyer journey - from awareness to conversion to closed won. You ideally have a background in lifecycle marketing or campaign management and know how to connect acquisition with nurture and conversion, and can bring together email, paid, events, website, and sales activation into cohesive multi-channel campaigns. Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights will be essential, as well as collaborating closely with the Content Team, RevOps, Sales, CX, and Product Teams to align campaign strategies with company priorities.Youll start by overseeing our Demand Generation team and agency relationships, with future opportunities to expand the team.What Youll Do:Own strategy and execution of pipeline-generating campaigns and programs across paid, organic, email, web, events, field marketing, and partner channelsOwn and manage our marketing campaign calendar, ensuring campaign timelines are planned and executed on time to hit goalsManage a portion of the monthly program budget, with a focus on spend efficiency and allocation across the buyer journey i.e. awareness, capture, conversion and accelerationOrchestrate the end-to-end campaign planning and execution process (including: goal setting, measuring results, and aligning teams) with KPIs tied to pipeline and revenueCollaborate with Sales leadership on aligning marketing and SDR campaignsWork with consultant and technology partners on co-marketing campaigns/programsReporting and tracking of weekly and monthly demand generation KPIs and campaignsBuilding and developing a top-performing team, starting with two strong marketersPresenting on team initiatives and results at monthly townhall meetings and weekly revenue leaders meetingsPartner with Sales and RevOps to align on funnel metrics, attribution, and lead qualityBring an outside-in perspective - identify whats working, whats not, and what we should try nextWho You Are:58 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, lifecycle, or revenue marketing, with a few years of leadership and mentoring experienceExperience managing marketing program budgets and campaign strategyA focus on qualified pipeline and revenue, not only lead captureSome experience with B2B SMB SaaS, not solely enterprise focused (ABM)A data-driven mindset, a proactive attitude, and great organization skillsStrong collaborator who seeks out cross-functional feedback and inputA continuous development mindset, always learning new approaches and staying current with modern demand generation frameworks and advancements.Excellent time management and organizational skills.
