We believe that lifes more fun when experienced with others, and that our best work happens face-to-face.ResponsibilitiesOwn the problem and work with the engineers and designer to generate a solutionBuild, test, and ship features that solves user problemsLook at data and talk to users to get feedback about the featureTriage and fix bugsGenerate proposals (through meetings, docs, and Figma) to help align team on your solution if its a multi-person effortReview PRs to ensure that youre not siloed in your own feature and that standards are upheldRequirements5+ years of experience with Node, React, and TypescriptYoure not afraid to touch all parts of code when needed from mouse click to DB. If you specialize in back-end, you should at least be able to disable a button on the front-end. If youre front-end, you should at least be able to cast a return type of an endpoint field from a string to an intDeploy your own code.
